Mid Season   1st April -    30th June     £ 200   Per  Week   High Season   1st July -   30th Sept      £ 225   Per Week   Low Season   1st Oct -    31st  March     £ 175   Per Week

 A £100 deposit is required with all bookings which will be

 refunded upon satisfactory property inspection after

departure.

50 Euros Cleaning Fee (charge to be paid locally on arrival)

 A reservation deposit of 25% is required to secure your

booking.

Remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival.
